1) Reservation & Mode of Payments
All the reservation can be made by email, courier or by phone with a bank transfer in our company’s account of 30 % of total price of the tour. The next 50 % of amount will be asked at the first day of your travel and the rest of 20% at the end of your travel. The travel will be considered cancelled if the guest failed to transfer the 30% of total amount within one month from the date of reservation.
2) Cancellation by the client
General conditions:
A) 30 days before the date of arrival – 65 USD will be retained
B) From 30 days till 8th day from date of arrival – 25 % of total amount
C) From 7th day till 72hrs from the date of arrival – 50 % of total amount
D) From 72 hrs till the day of arrival – 100% of the total amount
All the cancellation must be informed to the agency without any delay through mail, fax or telephone. No – Show at arrival on first day of travel will not entertain any kind of reimbursement from the side of travel agency, for any kind of reasons there are.
3) Cancellation by the travel agency
Uniquely for the Group Travels, Company reserves the right to cancel any
departure before 30 days from date of arrival in case of insufficient number of participants which is fixed minimum 2 participants. In this case we will propose a supplementary cost. At last minute we reserve the right to cancel any travel due to unpredicted reason like strikes, earthquake, political instability in these cases the total amount will be reimbursed except 65 USD retention as file charges.
4) Modification in the price
Company reserves the right to modify the price in the following cases 30 days before the day of arrival.
A) Variations in the price of Transport
B) Variations in the Govt. Taxes
C) Variations in the exchange rates
5) Hotels
In the pre-organised group tours the company will provide you a group according to the category of hotels. In case of non-availability of rooms in certain hotels , same category of hotels will be provided.
